Membership

Any property owner within the CID boundary who is an additional ratepayer (ie pays the CID contribution) may apply to become a member of the Camps Bay CID NPC.

Members are entitled to attend, participate and vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Should a member be unable to attend the AGM, they may give another individual their proxy to attend and vote on their behalf, in terms of the Company’s MOI.

Non-members may attend and participate in the AGM but may not vote and as such have limited influence on the Camps Bay CID activities.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Camps Bay property owners are not members of the CID NPC by default. Property owners must first apply by completing an ‘Application for admission of membership’ form, available under ‘Documents’.

If you have already applied for membership, you do not need to do so again. A full membership list will be published prior to the AGM, or you may email connect@campsbaycid.org if you would like to check if you are an existing member.

    Completed, duly signed membership forms may be electronically signed or scanned and emailed to connect@campsbaycid.org or delivered by hand to 2 Rontree Avenue, Camps Bay.
