Will the Business Plan be implemented in full on 1 July?

No. For logistical reasons, reaching full capacity will take some time, but we expect to be fully operational in advance of the summer season. Some components of the Business Plan (for example the suburb-wide monitored camera project) will be phased in over a period of months and years in accordance with the Budget and Business Plan.
